Use the Notes feature to record information about an individual student record. Each student record has one Notes area where you can enter information. Click the Notes tab at any time while the student's record is open to display or add notes.

You cannot use the Enter key or the keyboard symbols ; " < > ( ) [ ] or \ in this field.

Note: If you modify the institutional charges in Step 5, Box G on the R2T4 tab, Return of Title IV Funds on the Web automatically records who modified the note and when.
